High Carbon Spring Steel

High carbon spring steel is a robust alloy known for its high carbon content, providing excellent strength, durability, and flexibility, ideal for spring applications.

High Carbon Spring Steel

High carbon spring steel strip is a strong, elastic material with 0.6% to 1.0% carbon content. It is very hard and resists permanent deformation under stress, making it ideal for springs, saw blades, and high-stress parts.

The high carbon content increases strength and fatigue resistance, helping it return to its original shape after heavy use. This makes it valuable in industries like automotive and engineering, where reliability under repeated stress is essential. It can also be heat-treated to enhance specific properties.

While its hardness makes it harder to cut and shape, requiring special tools, its durability and strength make it a top choice for demanding applications.
